Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for actively participating in coaching sessions and implementing agreed-upon actions for business growth.
Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due as per the agreed terms outlined in the initial coaching agreement.
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for session cancellations to avoid being charged for the appointment.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee our clients' satisfaction and will work with them to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the coaching process.
Intellectual Property Rights
Any materials or tools provided during coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of Kim Wheatley Mentoring and are for client use only.
Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to adhere to a professional code of conduct during all interactions with Kim Wheatley Mentoring staff and other clients.
